I am deeply passionate about health, healing, and true well-being. Nothing lights me up more than guiding others on their personal well-being journey, helping them cultivate inner leadership and create a more conscious, present, and aligned way of life. My approach is grounded, realistic, and heart-led. I offer simple, accessible mentorship and healing practices that support sustainable transformation. Realistic, Authentic, Simple

My roots are in dental care, where I have dedicated over 30 years to roles in dental nursing, management, and education. But like many in high-pressure professions, I reached a point of burnout. I became unwell, physically, emotionally, and spiritually depleted. That chapter of my life became a turning point.

Over the last 10 years, I have committed to a profound journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. I have had the honour of journeying and learning from incredible teachers from around the world. Their teachings, along with the practices are now woven and embodied into the very heart of my offerings.

These healing modalities, rooted in ancient wisdom, energy medicine, and earth-based practices have helped me reconnect with my body, my intuition, and the natural rhythms of life. They have shown me a gentler, more conscious way of living, one grounded in presence, not hustle.

It is now my greatest passion to share what I have learned and lived. I know what it is like to feel lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected and I know there is a better way. A way that honours your energy, your wisdom, and your own sacred path.
