Drop into the deep embrace of the Earth with this grounding energy medicine session, infused with the sacred oil of Patchouli. One of my favourite oils to work with, patchouli is known for its earthy, musky aroma and ancient use in spiritual rituals. Patchouli anchors the spirit, calms the mind, and strengthens your energetic roots. This session invites you to reconnect with your body, the Earth, and the rhythm of nature itself. Through intentional energy work and the wisdom of this sacred plant, you’ll feel rooted, aligned, and fully present - honouring your path with steadiness, reverence, and embodied grace. This grounding energy medicine session is helpful for overthinking, anxiety, feeling ungrounded or disconnected from your body, and can be received in person in Redcar or as distant healing online What is distant healing? Distant healing is a wellness practice based on the principle that energy is not confined by time or space. It allows me to send healing energy across any distance directly to you, providing support for your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This safe and gentle approach to wellness offers you the opportunity to receive energy medicine no matter where you are in the world and in the comfort of your own sacred space. Looking after your energy is just as important as caring for your physical body, mental health, and valuable time because all of these are divine and sacred resources, interconnected and working together to weave magic. Just because you cannot see your energy field doesn't mean you should ignore it. Your energy needs TLC just as everything else. The session includes 45 minutes of Grounding Energy Medicine, followed by 15 minutes of closing prayer and intention setting to anchor the healing. Afterward, you will receive a sacred share - either by email or voice note, where I will reflect on the session and invite you to share your own experience, insights, or questions from the journey.
