Welcome to Little Healing Arts. I am honoured to have the opportunity to share my studies, knowledge, and life wisdom with you in the hope that I can be of service to you on your journey.

I am passionate about seeking out the real root causes of things, reflecting on ways to heal, and journeying into the magic of my body and mind. I love connecting with Mother Earth, the Cosmos, and the Divine Spirit; this drives me forward on this study path.

I believe we all have the potential to heal and grow, and I sincerely hope I can support you on your journey of self-discovery.

Life has certainly thrown up its share of challenges for me, as it does for everyone. But, as I've faced each one, I've come to believe even more strongly that we are here for a reason. We are meant to connect with our true nature and the beautiful and mystery-filled Mother Earth that is our home. We are here to weave magic through healing, crafting, embracing and sharing in the community. I believe we bring more light and love into the world when we do these things. And that is why I continue to strive toward these goals, even when life gets tough, because I know that, ultimately, it is worth it.

Sacred Teachers

I want to thank my parents, sister, children, family, friends, ex's and my rescue dog, Milly, for being my greatest teachers (whether you know it or not). In the challenging times and when things can get heated, and in the beautiful moments, I haven't wasted the opportunity to learn something new, heal and reflect. Every one of you has contributed to my healing journey and growth, for which I am truly grateful.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to study with many amazing people and yes, plants!
